He also describes agency work, corporate training, and additional monetization tactics (affiliate links, renting sites). The talk mixes practical stepwise advice, hourly-rate examples, and calls-to-action to join his Academy.

Super Prof.
In this video, I'm going to explain how to make money doing SEO in 2025. I couldn't be in a more beautiful or inspiring place to tell you about the three, four or five ways to make money with SEO. There are so many, at least not the way I've done them. And I still have things to try. But the first thing is for you to be aware that SEO, that is knowing how to position yourself on Google, is one of the greatest assets you can have. Because, look, knowing how to position yourself on Google, you can then teach it, you can do it for others, or you can even do it yourself. Okay, I'm going to tell you the first one and I'm going to give you examples so you can see how to apply it. Okay? The first one, and the one I started with is doing SEO for yourself. Hey, when you do SEO for yourself, that's when you start practicing things. For example, if you were to type in Excursions Catalonia on Google, you'd see that the first result is mine. Sometimes it even comes up second or even third. I mean, I'm super smart. What happens when you do CO for your website? Let me make a plan for you. Okay? You create a website about something you're passionate about. Fitness, the mountains, something you're passionate about. It doesn't matter. And you start creating your pages. You decide how many pages you want to make, what services you want to offer. This is the first thing. Services and products. I always start with this, okay? I tell the guys at the academy the same thing. Guys start by putting everything you want to sell or offer in an Excel file. Okay, selling doesn't matter, but offering. So they list all the services and products for me in an Excel file, and then they tell me I've got products that I didn't think I would have. Sure, Dan, sure, sure.
That's why I made you do start creating a page. I'm not telling you to create the entire structure, but start with a page, okay? And you make it great. You make it great. You make it from 0 to 100 with its H1 it's headings. You extract the texts, the meta tags, you extract the keywords to position on that page, and you leave a spotless page just as you would like it. One exercise that works very well is to put yourself as a user. Sure, I can't tell you all the techniques if you're not in the academy, but anyway, in the academy I have all the guides. So you know how to make a page from scratch, optimized for SEO, but the guides I can give you are these. If you were a user, what information would you like to find? Would you like to see photos? Would you like to see a map of Google? To give you an example, the first result for excursions in Catalonia is mine. And there you have it. 10 excursions. I realized that people, the competitors, who are no longer competitors, are now secondary or positioning themselves, listing only the excursions. And I said, what about these guys? But they must be stupid. But if they aren't taking advantage of putting up a map, I don't know, I thought, wow, I like it. And I'm going to stop here because my arm is getting tired. Look, look at those views. Uh, I thought, if I'm a user and I'm going to search for excursions in Catalonia, which is the first thing I want to find, the quick answer is how to get to the place I have to leave from. If I'm going to do an excursion like this, where do I leave from? Okay, that was the first thing I said. I'm going to put a map of where each of the excursions depart from. Boom. First result.
Okay?
I mean, so you can see that user intent is much more important than whether to put one or two or three keywords, repeating them as many times as possible. This is routine. Well, you start by creating the first business model by creating your own website. And what have I done? Well, look at something, you say excursions. How the hell do you monetize excursions? Blog articles about excursions. Well, after a while I started organizing excursions and I started doing day trips. And I don't know, I was making €300. €400 a day. That's great. Now for €300 400, I don't move anymore to go on an excursion, honestly. Well, then, for example, I opened the Private Tours subsidiary. Notice how you start doing what you started by practicing to know how to position yourself. And then I said, wow, there's a bus. I mean, if what I'm doing are excursions, from excursions to private tours, which is more cosmopolitan, it doesn't come from here. I already have the authority. Google already knows that I'm important for excursions and routes. I started to position myself for your Barcelona districts and it's been fluctuating. But normally I'm also first. You're from Barcelona also first. Overall, that's the first source that will help you, one, to practice, and two, that you'll be able to monetize, even make a asterisk, rank and rent. Tell someone, hey, can I rent you, the website, someone who has excursions. That's what I'm doing. I'm looking now because I can't keep up with the agency, with the academy, also the excursion company. Well, I can't keep up with it. And I'm looking for a rank and rent, that is, someone who is dedicated to it and who wants those positions. Okay, well, I rent the website and monthly, I don't know, he pays me a monthly fee and all the contacts he receives go to him during the time he pays for the website. Okay, Like a house. The second is what I started doing, which is taking on your own clients.
Okay.
You'Re not in a position to teach yet because you're just applying or practicing with your own website. But you can already start taking on another client without charging them much. And I started charging them €15 an hour.
Okay?
It's not excessive. And with €15 an hour, you can say, wow, if I do a little bit, it'll be great. Oh, of course, I'm already charging €100 an hour for consulting, but that's because I know a lot more. In an hour, I can give you a lot more than I did back then when I was just practicing with my website. So €15 an hour to take someone's website. It was a tourist. She did natural therapies, like chromotherapy, things like that. And it was great because I practiced a lot. It allowed me to practice a lot. And I positioned it. Uh, I mean, I did the same co. Look, I did the same co on YouTube and it worked. If you put Florista Bac course on YouTube, uh, it'll be superimposed there for sure. Because we did a very, very good job. It's very well positioned. So starting by taking clients is a very good strategy. That's what I did. And with €15 an hour, you start practicing, it starts working for you, you earn, you start making money, and you start practicing. The next step, obviously, is to increase your rates as you learn how to do more things. Because as you see that what you're doing is working, you say, well, I'm going to raise the rate. Oh, it's getting cloudy, huh? Look, guys, a cloud is coming here. Well, anyway, uh, fog. A little bit of fog. Well, anyway, and that's how I started raising rates. 30. 20 an hour. 30 an hour. And as long as they keep paying you, raise it. Raise it without thinking about it. Raise it because that means you're providing them with value and obviously that the clients stay. Right? Well, in my case, every Time I raised my rate, I would go five at a time, I would raise the rate by €5 an hour and they would hire me.
Okay?
Well, I kept going up until I reached €60 per hour, and then I joined the GTA. But they didn't follow me. The thing is that one of the things that is great for starting to get clients and gaining experience is to get into an agency.
Okay?
Being in an agency helped me a lot. And for me, well, starting to take on clients in the agency, you practice with many more and more diverse clients than if you are an E commerce or service provider. Different clients. And you also have colleagues with whom you can validate things if you have doubts, questions, etc. Now I do a bit of promotion. What my students do is they are freelancers, they are consultants, they take on their own clients. And the simple fact of being in the agency, they're in the academy, they already have access to me to ask me anything.
Okay?
Which would be the replacement for having co workers at an agency. Bad. I'm closing the promotion. And then at the agency, I learned a lot. And that's when I said, wow, I'm getting results at the agency. I'm getting results with my own clients. I'm going to teach it. And that's when I signed up for Super Prof. A platform for giving classes. And. And I started charging the same rate that I was charging my clients, the same rate that I set per hour, the same rate that I set there. And I gradually increased it and I guided them because there are people who want you to do it for them, and there are other people who want to learn. The latter are smarter. I mean, both are cool.
Okay?
But the others, I mean, those who want to learn are smart. Why? Because even if they don't want to learn everything, they do want to learn a basic. I often found that they were all business owners.
Okay.
Or someone who was starting out in a marketing position and wanted to learn. But generally business owners who wanted to know how things worked, because then if they had to delegate it, at least they wouldn't be misled. It's cool. It's cool. I mean, I'm not saying that you shouldn't delegate it later. It's strategic to delegate it.
Okay?
Because if you're going to run an agency, I don't know, run an agency and do the checkout at the same time. Well, maybe it gets complicated because there are too many things. It's better to delegate it, but it's good to have some idea.
Okay?
So that's Cool. Then there was a season when I started doing training for companies. There's a lot of money there and it's really cool. Apart from the money, because you impact a lot more people at once. And it's cool because you're growing, you're training an organization. That's really cool. And what else? What else?
Okay, okay.
Well, now we have to practice with your own website, which you can continue to monetize in the future. Two, bring in your own clients. And three, mentoring. That is teaching it. That's super cool because you can keep the same rates while teaching it. I did it that way for practicality, same hourly rate for classes as for taking on the project. And it's cool because it's another side of helping a company grow. Ah, it's explaining what you do, and that's cool. Something that has helped me a lot in mentoring is validating my own methodology. Because many times you go around doing things, but you do it your own way, right? In your own way of seeing things and such. But when you have to teach, you have to organize your ideas very well and explain, convey step by step how you do everything and make it make sense. And that helped me a lot. It helped me a lot with mentoring. Then when you already have these three business models, in my case, well, I decided to, okay, consolidate the mentoring with an academy. I don't care about not making as much money anymore, but I do care about being able to impact more people because I always found that, you know, they hired me for an hour, right? An hour, an hour and a half, two hours. But of course, you see that you can't reach more people. I mean, the day is what it is, the hours are what they are. And an hour for one person, an hour for one person, well, it's not enough. Sure, now I'm impacting many more people in a group. And it's true that I don't earn as much money, but honestly, I feel more fulfilled. I mean, the feeling of leaving the CEO academy that I have and leaving one of the hour and a half that we have in group sessions every week and being able to answer all the questions of each one of them one on one, but knowing that the others who are present are also seeing other cases, wow, it fills me up in seeing how they are progressing. So it's cool. The other way to also make money. And it's another path that I've adopted. I have the academy and I have the agency, and it's obviously, well, ending up setting up an agency because I was already Doing it in fact, more as a freelancer. Me and outside of the work, outside the agency where I was working, well, I was already operating as my own small agency until the day came that I met Chema, my partner, and we decided to set up the agency with my own face and eyes. I mean, this is super cool because we're taking on quite a few clients more and more and there you consolidate, you consolidate the methodology much better because. Because it's no longer just you who's doing SEO, but you have to take on the whole team. Guys, I've already given you a few review ways to make money. I'll go over one. By creating your own website, monetizing it, you can monetize it with rank and rent, that is renting the website, you can create affiliates, that is you capture the traffic. That's something that for example, I also have on Willis plan. If you go to the Willis plan footer, you'll find a link that's a site map and there I have a lot of links to free tour websites. I don't do free tours, but I do bring them traffic and earn commissions. Well, that's another affiliate. The most common one is affiliates with Amazon. That's cool. And we've said mentoring and we've said agency. So if you have any questions, leave them in the comments and contact me. Check out Willio if you're interested in joining the Academy. And there you can schedule a GP call so we can talk and I can see your situation. And if you're interested in.
