In this five‑minute guided yoga video, instructor Winnie (Miss Tang) leads viewers through a concise flow set against the backdrop of Mount Fuji. The session begins with seated breathing, then moves to standing balance work, a series of star‑shaped side stretches, lunges, a plank‑to‑downward‑dog sequence, and alternating leg‑lift variations. Each movement is paired with clear verbal cues for breath counts, hand positioning, and balance, culminating in a brief cool‑down and a friendly farewell. The video’s purpose is to provide a quick, calming practice that blends mindful breathing with gentle strength and flexibility work, suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners alike.

Hi everyone, this is Winnie or Miss Tang. Welcome to Yoga at Mount Fuji. I'm in Japan today, and with the lovely Mount Fuji behind us, we're going to do some yoga. So we are going to sit cross-legged and we're going to take a few breaths. So breathe in, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. Well done. We are now going to stand up and we're going to lift our arms up above our head. Lifting up, clasp your hands together and lift your right leg up while your arms come down. See if you can hold that balance. Lift your hands up and around and drop your leg. Now we are going to do the other side, so hands up and balance on your right leg. Lift your left leg up. See if you can hold it. Well done. And arms up and around and down again. Now we're going to move into a star shape and stretching over to your right side. And come down to forward with your arms stretched out and down to your right leg. Move your left hand back and reach up and back into the middle. Over to the other side now, to your left, and reaching up and forward and over to your left side. Stretching up, back to the center into a star shape, and go back to one side of the mat. Arms up and stretch forward, right leg forward to a lunge. Turn to the front and stretching up with your left hand. Stretch back to the center. And now you are going to go back to the center into a star shape and lunge to your right. Reach up with your right hand and back to the center. Go back into your star shape. Go to one side of your mat and reach all the way up, stretching down, and walk your hands forward into a plank and into downward dog. Keep your legs and arms straight, and then move your left or your right foot forward and stretch up with your hand, stretching back down. And into a plank shape, and walk your hands all the way back and rolling up. Now we are doing the other side. Stretching up and rolling down, walk your hands forward into a plank shape, and then back into a downward dog. Keep your arms and legs straight, and now move your left leg forward and reaching your arm up, reaching down and back into your plank. You're going to stretch back into a downward dog and then lift your left or your right leg up and bend it, and back down to downward dog and plank. and stretching forward, and back into plank, and back into downward dog. Stretch your other leg up, and bend. Good job. And back down to your plank, and arching your back, and back into rolling up. Well done. And there you have it! You've done yoga at Mount Fuji. See you in my next video. Bye!
