It allows you to see the bigger picture and understand how each step you take contributes to your long term goals. Because vision bridges where you are now and where you want to be and it keeps your purpose alive and dynamic. What is your vision? Where are you going? Write it down or create a vision board on where you see yourself and your work in the next year or even the next five years. Look at it every day and before you know it, you're halfway there.
