Which of these questions do you ask yourself on a monthly basis? Do you often wonder why your business has the best product on the market but no one knows about it? Has the competitive landscape made it harder to stand out and get noticed? Do you want to target your ideal leads and understand the behaviors and motivations to purchase? Do you want to know what makes your brand truly distinct so you stand out among your competitors? Do you feel like the organization knows where it wants to go but just doesn't know how to get there? Have you been looking for a marketing system that aligns with your strategic plan? You wouldn't be here if you didn't have a strategic business plan. But do you know what makes your brand truly distinct? And do you have a simple plan that is in alignment with your business strategy that is measurable? Let's take a look at the one page marketing plan. This is what it looks like and this is what we're going to complete during this course. This plan is designed around the eight fundamentals of standing out in business. You can work on the plan from start to finish or you can jump to the fundamental you need to strengthen. And why are the eight fundamentals so important? You may have a solid business strategy, a plan, an excellent product or service, talented and dedicated employees, and a rock star sales and marketing team. You may be doing all of these things right, but if you don't stand out, you lose. It starts with assessing where you are on each of those eight fundamentals. When you look at this radar, you look at this chart, think about 0 on the inside, 5 on the outside and think about where you stand right from 0 to 5. Ask each team member to assess and look at the averages. Let's talk about what each of the fundamental stands for. The first is purpose. The organization knows and lives its purpose, knows what it stands for, and is true to its beliefs. Reputation. There's a continuous and ongoing awareness of the organization's reputation and top competitors. Visuality. The outward appearance of the brand truly reflects who the organization is and the value it delivers. Authenticity. The organization messaging is consistent, true and genuine and communicates value propositions. Ideal Leads There's a consistent funnel of ideal leads and they're nurtured and managed. The organization knows how it stands out among its competitors and industry thought leaders and mindset you want to achieve desired results. Strategy. That's where the one page Marketing Plan comes in and this exercise. This course will guide you to increase exposure of your company's authentic personality. To uncover big ideas, to build stronger relationships through messaging and communicating what it is that makes you different. To align internal and external messaging so that people are really clear about who you are, what you stand for. We're going to talk about how to target your ideal leads and we're going to build a high level plan that can be measured. This plan was designed to be a high level plan to really go back and look at quarterly, maybe annually, maybe weekly to align your strategies and your goals so that you get where you want to go. If you fail to plan for every hour we plan, that saves 10 hours of doing. Think about the impact that's going to have on your business at any time. During this course you can go and download the one page Marketing Plan, several ebooks and tools to get you on course.
