A short YouTube monologue (Winnie Hart) presenting the idea that personal purpose changes over time. The speaker contrasts youthful purpose with current purpose, argues that evolution of purpose reflects growth and adaptability (not uncertainty), and invites listeners to reflect and write down how their purpose has shifted and how that should influence current goals and strategies.
Welcome to January 9th. Welcome. Change purpose is the reason for journey Passion is the fire that lights your way. What I thought was my purpose when I was young is not my purpose today. And your purpose may not stay the same over time. And that's perfectly okay, because as you grow personally and professionally, you encounter new experiences that can reshape how you view your purpose. What matters to you at one stage of life may shift as you develop new insights and gain wisdom. And this evolution isn't a sign of uncertainty, it's a reflection of growth and adaptability. And your purpose will deepen as you become more aware of your strengths and contributions you want to make. And by embracing this change, you stay open to new possibilities, ensuring that your purpose continues to align with who you are and the impact you want to have. Regularly reflect on how your purpose evolves and helps you connect to your goals meaningfully and today. Take time to reflect on how your purpose has evolved over the years. Write down any changes or new insights you've gained and consider how these can influence your current goals and strategies.
