The tone is warm, enthusiastic, and community‑focused, aiming to make newcomers feel welcomed and informed about the group’s purpose and programming.

My name is Erika Radis. I am the founder here at Working Moms of San Antonio. I am so, so glad that we have so many new faces. It is amazing. Every time I get a little emotional, but lately I'm kind of like a team crier. I think it's like hormones. But anyway, I'm so, so glad you're here. We are a— for those of you that don't know, we are a networking membership for moms in business just like you. We do events like this, we do the book club, we do business workshops and fun workshops and happy hours.
