But sprawl is not growth, right? Okay. Sprawl is not growth. Mm-hmm. And we've gotta make sure that we are addressing the things that I would argue are constraining our growth. Okay. Um, over half the kids in our community are not reading at level. Yes. Their math skills are not at level. Uh, 95,000 families are housing insecure, challenged to pay, pay the rent, right? Pay the mortgage. Um, and we got 67,000 folks on that waitlist for, for affordable housing, right? Yeah. Mm-hmm. And so we've got some real challenges. Um, I would argue as well, frankly, working moms, um, you know what working moms need? Um, and kids, uh, uh, well, work— well, working moms in general. But, um, we need healthcare. We need OB-GYNs in our community.
