Hi. So you want to go to the Strategizer Bootcamp? Here are three things or main takeaways that I got from the bootcamp and perhaps reasons why I think it's worthwhile going. Hi, my name is Jesko Vondensteinen, I'm currently based in Hong Kong and I am the lead facilitator of innovation and product and service design known as experience consulting for PwC in Hong Kong. So I went to the bootcamp in 2019 and here are my three reasons. Number one, you meet your tribe, whether you work in innovation for a product or service, or you're working in some type of internal role within your organization, or you're an independent working externally, it's not very often that these people who are focused around organizational innovation of some kind of come together and this opportunity to work with like minded people going through the tools, sharing experiences, it's, it's not often and so it's a rather special time. And when we have those moments of coming together and that concentration of experience, it's something to be valued and the Bootcamp offers that. Reason number two, you have access and time to the latest thinking and to do some of the deep dive and reflections of strategizers tools around organizational innovation. The business model canvas, the value proposition canvas, the team alignment canvas, the portfolio, all these things that the ecosystem of strategizers tools themselves and you really get the opportunity to see some of the latest thinking that Alex, Tendai, Lucy, Fred, Eve, the whole, whole team that they're doing and they really open it up and they show you what are some of the successes that they had, some of their failures, some of the tips and tricks and some of the things to be considering when you're working with an organization and you're doing a whole design sprint of innovation. What to watch for, what are the metrics? How do you test? How do you get the right body of evidence? A lot of these things that we've seen perhaps in webinars or come across in the books, they're really discussed openly. And so the second reason why I think it's really worth it to go to the Bootcamp is that you have that time for reflection and deep dive into the tools. Reason number three, the Strategizer Boot Camp is Strategizer generally I think is perhaps the vanguard in leading the way in terms of hybrid and virtual online learning and engagement. I've been part of master classes, I've coached with Strategizer and I've really noticed that the accessibility and the ability to. To touch and work with the tools quick and being able to do little bits and pieces and to have reflection and conversation. The way that the Strategizer online learning and online engagement is set up with parceled out, it doesn't create a cognitive murder or this dump of information that you have to spend weeks sifting through and not really getting anything out of it. You really have time to reflect, play with it, engage and receive the information in such a way that you can walk away from these boot camp with confidence, clarity, and I would say, a newfound vigor to come to your client or to your superior or whomever you're working with. Your, you know, even if with yourself to say yes. I have a much wider breadth and deeper understanding of how these tools work, how we maintain the ecosystem within an organization, and how to walk forward. And I think after that, what else is there, right, other than just more experience? So the bootcamp was fundamental to me, I think personally, and I highly recommend it. So if you're wavering, you're thinking, should I go or not go? Go. Have confidence. The team at Strategizer is probably one of the best in the world doing this work. So you're in good hands. If it's not for you, then why are you watching this video? Go do something else. Take care, everybody, and I hope it's helpful. Thanks.
