Hello Startup Grained. I'm Zor Insozadeh. I'm program manager at using entrepreneurship program and business incubation center. So we locate actually we are located in Baku. Thank you very much for great possibilities that you make for the developing community to thrive and flourish. Absolutely develop sort of communities. First of all, when it comes to your first question, I would like to say that generally we're also located in our capital city and our capital city Baku and it's located in the Caspian Sea show at the crossroad of west and East. And so it has a great possibilities, great capabilities at the same time. So we have plenty of venues, we have plenty of great infrastructure to organize events. Organize. And generally actually Baku is economical spot in our country. So we can't imagine actually any development without Baku. So that's why I think that if anyone think about starting any business, for example and thinking about and starting to delve in our ecosystem, he has to think about surely Baku and that we are in. When it comes to your second question about historic community, I would like to say that actually started community it's very less same that we have in our neighboring country. Especially in. In Russia and Georgia. In the other country that we have a neighborhood. Generally the problem we have many challenges. I don't like actually say they're problem. No, they're not problem. The challenges that every community faces with and surely we started to change the strategies. We tried to opt a different kind of Stalin's experiment in order to understand whether that we can meet the demand of people demand of potential entrepreneurs. First of all, the community itself we are generally established in 2013 and we as a program. But in 2015 we started our new incubation center which is nearly 160 meter square. And generally we're generally to say we're an ideator and incubate same time. So we are trying to just make. Trying to stimulate awareness among the people and not only in Baku, but in many regions because we have more than five regional representatives throughout the widespread, you know, like scattered in Azerbaijan. So we do all of our best and we try to attract people to entrepreneurship. We try explaining them that hey, you shouldn't only just get. I don't know, like salaries, you know, to work and fix it work. But you have to first think about your future. And I think that one of the and a great tool for developing surely small and medium enterprise and surely it startup and generally development of the startup community. And as an ecosystem. Surely we have a problem with a financial statement in a financial perspective. Like when it comes to the infrastructure we don't have any problems that we have an amazing co working center, we have amazing building accelerators and whatsoever but we do have a problem with really financial problems. The financial problem, we have some financial problems like generally we're quite lucky enough. We're lucky enough that we're really supported by the Cochlear foundation, one of the international organization that really supports us but at the same time we have a great support from the government in the face of Ministry of Youth and Sport. So it's an amazing opportunity for us to thrive. But generally there is a problem, especially problem with the Venture foundation because there's very few investors who really want to invest in stock that they think that it's not like they don't believe in startup, they have kind of suspicions and sort of ducks against them. And I think that we have to change a little bit. It's our responsibility actually to change kind of things to change this mindset and make people believe in startups. And I think that generally with the Startup Green and with the Yoshula methodology will be able to change the mindset and when it comes to the human resources surely that I also want to talk about actually we do have a great talent. They have, we have great talent. The main problem that we we can't get them. We now we try as you generation we are leading platform that we're trying to find people from in from the real places whom we really seen and delight. We can, we can really develop but generally to say we really do need some mentors, especially the mentors from from abroad and to say there's plenty of challenges that we have to first of all solve but I think that we can do this truly with your help with generally having a great partners and great and great support and this was generally the short description about what we have in Azerbaijan actually it's very difficult to say everything about super shot about the system. There's surely there's some very good advantages, there's surely some disadvantages that like in every ecosystem. So I want to be like open with you and through you. So that's all. Generally I will be very, very glad if we have a kind of Skype call, any calling, any video chat and we'll be able to just to talk face to face. Thank you very much for everything. I do believe that you will assess our application and will give us great chance to host your event and surely be part of your great community. Thank you.
