Everyone needs to be an innovator. Not like ice cold. Not everyone has the right. The opportunity to become an innovator. Yes. I often get asked by CEOs, well, how do I know who the innovators are in my company? You don't. So basically, the only thing you can do is take down all of the blockers. Let anybody start with a small amount of time, small amount of money, and start to prove that they are innovators. Right. And the real innovators will emerge. You don't pick innovators. You create the ecosystem for them to prove themselves. It's just like venture capital. Right. So everyone should have the opportunity to prove they're an innovator. But not everybody needs to be an innovator, because otherwise, who's going to run the business? Very few innovators are actually good managers.
