Ask your brain the RIGHT questions!

Your brain works like ChatGPT: it answers whatever you ask it. Most people ask "Why is this happening to me?" and get stuck. Ask "How is this happening for me?" instead, and your brain finds solutions that move you forward.

Thing I always tell clients is like, it's— if you ask your, your brain a question, it's like ChatGPT. It's going to give you an answer. The challenge is most people are asking the wrong questions, right? And so if you're able to ask a different question, you're going to get a different answer. The question that I changed it to was, how is this happening for me? Brain gives me an answer, but it's a much better answer because it's going to help me think future-focused instead of present-focused or even past-focused. Mm-hmm. And so that question in itself will change everything. Because if you look through that lens in every challenge that comes your way, It's not a problem anymore. It's just a challenge. When you see it as a problem, it consumes you. When you see it as even like a preference, like, of course I would like it to be warmer outside. That's not a problem. It's more of a preference. Most of the things that we have in life are preferences rather than problems. And so when we're able to see it through a different lens, we're able to overcome it and not see it as such a— it's like it's a hurdle. It's not like a— it's not a wall in between you, but it's more of a hurdle. Like, it's going to be challenging to overcome it, but you can overcome it. And again, it goes back to the belief aspect of things. If you don't believe you can, you're not gonna take the action to do it.
