So when I look to hire, it's definitely motivation, attitude, skillset. And then when you get all that right, culture-wise, you build this culture that everyone just wants to be a part of and everybody makes each other better and everybody starts to become, you build this like self-learning, I don't want to say organism, but I'll go with it.
That's a good way to
put it. Where everyone's helping each other and everyone's getting, so everyone on a daily basis is getting better. Right. Because they like working with each other. And when you like working with each other, you're going to help someone out. You're going to lend a helping hand. And so when you kind of like lead by example and then also foster this environment where everyone feels comfortable asking for help and then other team members come and help or provide whatever they may need to exceed in their role.
