Sarah from Growclass says founders should pitch to one real customer instead of trying to appeal to everyone. Pick someone you've actually talked to, use second-person narration, and find the moment they realized your product solves their problem.

So, the exercise that I always ask founders to do is the second-person narration. So, I'm talking directly to you, you're talking to one customer, you don't get to talk to 3 demographics of customers, you pick one person that you've had a conversation with, you figure out what the aha moment is when you're pitching, because when you're a founder, you're pitching, you're constantly talking about your startup.
