Noah Kagan says founders should listen to customers first. He created the "law of 100": commit to 100 units of your core work before quitting. Billionaires take about twenty years to get there.

When I started it, my mentor was like, this is not gonna work. And the only person you should ever listen to is your customer. Mm-hmm. Um, second thing I would say for billionaires, which doesn't get recognized enough, is that it, they stuck with it for a very, very long period of time. Very, very long period of time. Most of us stick with things for one day and we quit. That's why in the book and in general, I think of the law of 100, which is if you're doing a podcast, do 100 episodes. If you're doing a YouTube channel, 100 videos. If you're doing a business, do 100 days.
Right.
Do 100 emails, 100 sales. And I've noticed that it helps you not quit too soon. And these billionaires, it's, if you look at the data, how long do you think it takes someone to become a billionaire? And I'm not talking about a, a fake crypto billionaire. I'm talking about like real billionaires
who wouldn't work for
a long time. It takes a long time, at least from the ones, all the ones I've met, it takes around 20 years.
