Who do you think right now is kind of nailing personalization when it comes to email marketing?
Like, woo, that's hard. I would say the ones that are doing best, I'd say, are like content creators, right? So the folks that like are actually creating specific content for the audience because they already have like the most personalization that you can get, right? Which is, your audience is there for your specific content that you can't get anywhere else, right? Which is why I think the whole, you know, Substack, you know, Beehive and all this has grown so much is because, you know, people are now, you know, authors, writers, journalists and all are able to go directly to like their audience far more than they've ever been able to before.
