I want to know, are you worrying about what really matters? Are you focused on what really matters or are you worrying about the little things, the minutia, the minutiae? Are you focused on. Are you spending hours and hours and days and days trying to figure out which, like, product to use, which item to buy, which service, you know, to spend your money on? You know, are you spending time, hours and hours trying to figure out intake queue, acuity, webpt, or are you choosing one and rolling with it? You know, what successful entrepreneurs do is they make decisions and they roll with it and they go, you know what? That was the wrong decision. I'm going to course correct, I'm going to change it up. You know, I've done that plenty of times where it's like, oh, that was the wrong decision. Kind of got to backpedal a little bit. But you're not really going back. You've made the step forward, you get into paralysis by analysis, then you need to stop what you're doing and make a decision. So for instance, nowadays, you know, I'm tall, I'm a little narrow, you know, a lot of guys are, you know, thicker and stronger than me. And I go to a store and, you know, the shirts fit me square. I'm like, dude, shirts fit me square. Like, where's the ones for the narrow, long people? And then I'll go find those and oh, they're too narrow, you know, and I can sit and I could spend hours and hours. But you know, what I do instead is now I go online. You know, there's a shirt I like and I'll go buy five of them. Where I'll go to a store and I'll just bring like 20 things in the changing room. Or if I go online, I'll buy like 20 shirts and 20, I'll buy like 5 or 6 shirts and 5 or 6 pants, order them up to my house, try them on, have a try on, party and send back 80% of it, maybe more, you know, and I'll buy the things instead of sitting there at the computer going, which one do I buy? Nowadays there is this such thing as like free returns. And I utilize that so I don't have to sit and make decisions. I just order what I need and then I don't buy it all and then I just return it, you know, so there's a lot of things have, you know, money back, guarantees. So if you're trying to make a decision between two softwares, just go try one out. Try it out for a week or two. And if you like it, great. And if you're. If you don't like it, don't use it. And I get, like, doing research is important, but what really matters, like what you should really focus on, especially when you're starting, is building your systems and who's your perfect patient? Who do you want to serve? You should really, you should spend a lot of time on that. You should be spending a lot of time on your patients, your. How you're going to serve people, how you're going to, you know, writing the emails. Like, don't spend time on figuring out which email system you're going to use. Spend time writing the emails and making it speak directly to the people you want to help. Like, that's what really matters. You know, what really matters is making a decision and moving on. What really matters is building up your systems, getting a new patience, hustling, you know, But I can see the draw. It's like, oh, I got these fancy things for all these different things. I need to figure it out. You know, it's also, don't be afraid to spend money on something because in general, it's gonna pay you back. We spent like sixteen hundred dollars on a lawyer once, just because I knew I had to get it done. But what I've realized now is that, you know what? I don't need to use the partner in the practice to set up my business entity. I just need to. I just need to find someone who's like an independent lawyer who's going to do it for, you know, three to five hundred dollars, call around, get some options, make a decision, and go.
