Gregory Judice, an orthopedic surgery resident at Saint Louis University, chose the CashPT Bootcamp to launch a cash-based practice and escape insurance constraints. He credits the program with teaching him how to price his services, recognize his worth, and synthesize business information into a clear roadmap through small-group discussions with other owners.

I'm Gregory Judice from St. Louis, Missouri. I'm currently in a residency program studying orthopedics at St. Louis U. I'm interested in doing my own practice and I think that the cash model is what fits me the best. You know, I'm not wanting to get pushed around by insurance regulations for the rest of my career and want to be able to, you know, help patients to the best of my ability. There is a bit of a price to it, but I think that, you know, if you're able to see three patients on your own, it pays for itself. It's a great class. I think I got a lot out of it and it's a decision I'm very glad that I made. I think the confidence, there's a confidence level with being able to say, this is what I'm actually worth. You know, that's something that we don't necessarily get as much in school. You know, if this is what a person is willing to pay with their insurance, this is what we're worth. That's not necessarily the case. I think there's a side to it that, you know, we're worth more and there's a mindset that's required to have that confidence. So we had very small group discussion, which was awesome. Being able to ask my personal questions and get every question that I had answered, being able to hear different perspectives from other business owners has been excellent. And kind of seeing it from different perspectives, I think is going to be a great help for when I do get my practice going. I think it just kind of gives me a direction. Before it was, you know, there's information from this source, there's information from this source, information from this source. I don't really know how to put those together. And I think this kind of brings it together and helps me have a direction for where I'm going with developing my practice. I think that if you are somebody who truly cares about your patients and enjoys that one on one experience, this is a must. It's. It's definitely something that I got a lot out of and I think you will too.
