A physical therapist raised her rates from $60 to $249.75, doubled revenue annually, and hired two employees after working with coach Aaron LeBauer and his Mastermind group. She estimates she could have hit these milestones in half the time with guidance instead of figuring it out alone.

A therapist I worked with introduced me to the idea of cash based physical therapy and gave me a few names to follow. And one of Those was Aaron LeBauer 2014. 2015 is when I started. Just like reading and listening to everything I could about cash based pt. I knew I needed a business coach. I didn't know what I was looking for in a business coach. I didn't know anything about it. I just knew I don't know the steps to take and I'm sick of spinning my wheels. I hadn't gone into any business debt up until I got a business coach, up until him. And so it was a like the first purchase on my interest free business credit card. And so that was a little daunting. But then again it was something I knew I needed so it wasn't like an option. I've doubled my business sales and revenue each year since I started. I've added two employees. I've got my rates up to where they need to be. So when I initially started I was charging like 60, 80, maybe like 105. Those were my three price points. And so after just two or three rate increases, now I'm up to 249.75. I wasted so much time that was unnecessary. Had I knew about the coaching opportunity a year or so in advance and just everything from all the decisions that you have to make when you're a solo practitioner, everything that goes into hiring and growing and automating things. I tried different things and I definitely see it as. I learned a lot. But it was like I took this like windy road when I signed on with Aaron. It was like, okay, I can make it less windy and more of a straight path to like where I want to go and get answers. And I don't need to reinvent the wheel because he's done a lot of this already. Aaron and the Mastermind group has been one huge component of helping me through times that I feel like I've kind of gotten in that dark hole, you know, where you don't know where to turn. Having the groups support and having his support has been huge in just helping me get through those humps. In the first couple of years I did this, I did not have that support. What took me five years could have taken me two with a business coach.
