Ray Agostino, a physical therapist in Fort Myers with two years of outpatient experience, joined CashPT Mastermind to learn how to open his own practice. He wanted mentorship from experienced PT owners and a community of peers working toward the same goal. The program gave him concrete business guidance and a clear framework for practice ownership.
My name is Raymond Agostino. I'm a physical therapist from Fort Myers, Florida. I've been practicing for about two years now in a private practice outpatient setting.
And what I'm looking to do in
my career is to open my own practice.
Meeting with those in the field of physical therapy that have done what I am striving to do. I don't think I could have gotten that anywhere else in the was the best opportunity for me to do so.
The main reason I enrolled in the Mastermind Program was for me to get
the personal attention to the goals that I have and to also be with other individuals who are really determined to succeed in physical therapy. Being in such a small environment to get that attention from those that have been there before and from those who are also struggling with the same issues was worth its weight in the gold.
My experience from the Mastermind Program is
an even deeper sense of community with those who are like myself and trying to expand the profession of pt, learning what I need to do both personally and in the realm of business to make my goals a reality.
The biggest difference that the Mastermind program made for me in my career is
to really push me in the direction of where I know I need to go and to give me that guidance and the framework of how to do the things to reach my goals of becoming a practice owner.
If I had a friend on the fence about the Mastermind Program, I would
tell them that if they're serious about pursuing an ownership or a long career in physical therapy that they want to own, that this will be the best place for them to get that knowledge and to really get into the community of other individuals that will help them every step of the way.
