Hi, it's Aaron again. Over the next few minutes, I'm going to walk you through the 30-Day Challenge so you can see the roadmap for getting you paid acting and modeling work. And as you might know, I'm a full-time actor and a commercial model and America's premier acting and commercial modeling career coach. I help actors and models develop a path in order to have success in this industry. Getting you acting and modeling work is the goal of all of my training and coaching, and I've designed this entire program to help you do this. My program is unique because I teach you how to run your acting and modeling career like a business. I have over 27 years of experience that I draw from, and I've booked over 1,200 jobs so far. This is how I can teach you to get work. My advice will save you time, money, and give you your best chance for success. What most actors and models focus on is learning their craft, and it's very important to be a skilled actor or model. This is the foundation of any acting or modeling career, but talent can only take you so far. Over the next 30 days, I'm going to walk you step by step through my system and show you a roadmap for getting you paid acting and modeling jobs. I'm going to give you my proven formulas, tips, and strategies. So let me show you the roadmap we will be covering in the next 30 days. We're going to be building your career from the ground up, level by level. Each level builds on the one below it. I call this first level the craft level. This is where most teachers and coaches focus all of their training. Unfortunately, only knowing your craft won't get you work. After you know your craft, the next level is what I call the tools level. These are things like headshots, comp cards, voiceover reels, resumes, and demo reels. All the tools and materials you need to book jobs. At this level, I teach you about the tools and materials you need. I'm going to cover the basics, plus I'm going to show you advanced strategies for creating a resume, comp card, and headshots that get you noticed. We're going to talk about things like how to figure out your type, how to hire a great headshot photographer, how to get photos taken free. So that's the tools level. After we cover the tools level, you will have all the materials you need to succeed, but you're still missing some critical pieces of your roadmap. To book a paid acting or modeling job, you have to impress the people that can get you work. And I call these people the gatekeepers. These are the photographers, casting directors, agents, directors, producers, and art and creative directors. This level is called the gatekeeper level, and I teach you how to find an agent in your area or in other markets you want to work in. I teach you how to find the gatekeepers. These are the people who stand between you and the paid acting and modeling job you want to book. This gatekeeper level is critical, but there are a few more pieces to getting the work that you desire. You might have mastered your craft. You might have all the tools and materials like headshots and resumes ready to go. You might even have an agent. But if you aren't attending go-sees and auditions, none of that other stuff matters. The next level is called the audition level. At this level, I teach you how to prepare and perform at an audition or go-see. And I'll cover things like, what are casting directors really looking for when you show up for an audition? How can you give a great performance? How can you show them that you're the person they should hire for the job? And this leads us up to the goal of this entire program— getting you paid jobs. At the paid job level, I teach you all the business elements that go along with a career in acting and modeling. For example, things like when or if you should join the union, how to best deal with taxes and insurance, and how to carefully read legal documents. As you can see, this is a roadmap and step-by-step system for getting you work. We start with understanding your craft and move up the ladder to getting paid work One level at a time. Have you ever seen an actor or model in a project and thought, I can do that? Have you ever wondered, what are they doing that is getting them the booking? They are getting the work because they've mastered this system of getting the right materials at the tools level, knowing the right people at the gatekeeper level, and giving amazing auditions and go-sees at the audition level. As you can see from my system, there's a lot more to getting acting and modeling jobs than just understanding your craft. This is what you and I are going to work on together over the next 30 days. There are also 2 other important keys to help you get work. These support the main core of my system. The first is your network. These are people you know in the industry that affect you at each level. It might be your acting coach at the craft level. It might be a headshot photographer at the tools level. It might be your agent at the gatekeeper level, and it might be a casting director at the audition level. Your network includes other actors and models. I'm also a part of your network. The people on the How to Model Facebook page are part of your network. It's important to become part of a community of industry professionals that can support you at every stage of the game. I'll teach you how to build your network through my trainings. There's a final piece that goes into this that isn't discussed very often. It's your mindset. So what do I mean by mindset? It's a frame of mind that you need to have during every audition or go-see. For example, how to relax yourself and best deal with nervousness, as well as needing a specific attitude during all auditions and go-sees. So this is a roadmap for you to get more work. You and I are going to walk through this process step by step over the next 30 days. I'm excited to be joining you on your journey and can't wait to get started. Each day I'll send you a quick email with a short video and action step that will move you one step closer to reaching your dreams. I want to get started today by talking about preparing for your success. I've seen actors and models get booked for very high-profile jobs that thrust them into the spotlight overnight. And some can handle this instant fame, but many are simply not prepared. Imagine yourself getting booked to do a billboard advertisement. It can be exciting and a little bit unnerving to see yourself up on a billboard in your city, you know, advertising for a local or national brand. Your face is smiling at thousands of people driving by each day, and every one of your friends and family can see you. Even ex-boyfriends and girlfriends can see you up there and notice how successful you've become. And it takes some practice to get comfortable with understanding how to best deal with being in the spotlight. I've got a simple 3-minute exercise today for you to begin practicing what it feels like to be in the spotlight. This simple task will simulate the feelings and actions it takes to get work and be noticed by tens of thousands of strangers as well as all of your family and friends. So here's what I want you to do. Step 1, visit the link below this video. It's going to take you to a Facebook post. Step 2, like the Facebook post and make a comment about how excited you are to be taking my 30-day challenge to help you get acting and modeling work. Now here comes the big action step. Step 3, click the share button and post to your own Facebook timeline. Put something in the text area that says, I'm joining Aaron Marcus and hundreds of other acting and modeling professionals for the 30-Day Acting and Modeling Challenge. Now let me warn you, the last step is a big one. I know it seems very simple and not that big of a deal, but by telling all your friends and family that you're going to take my 30-Day Acting a modeling challenge, you are showing the world how serious you are about working in the industry. It proves to people that you are serious and taking action. You've basically separated yourself from all the dreamers who wish they had the courage to speak up and tell the world their intentions. This makes you a magnet that people are attracted to. Which also helps you attract the right jobs, agents, and casting directors, and opportunities into your career and life. So my question to you is, are you a dreamer or someone who really wants to work in the industry? So let's recap today's action steps.
