Hi, I'm Aaron Marcus, and I had the opportunity a couple of times to help someone out with casting for a project, and I had a great time. So I decided for this video to interview Thea Washington. She is a casting director. She started completely on her own. She casts TV commercials, reenactment shows, feature films, independent films, and something else that she does that I also found fascinating is that she is a scout for reality shows. And she talks about how she got started, what you can do to get started in the industry.
