I'd like to share with you about a course I'm starting on overcoming chronic illness and maintaining your health. This is especially important in our current pandemic of COVID 19, which has resulted in many other health issues. What we have seen are not only medical issues as the primary result of COVID but also myriad other illnesses like anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia and even a worsening of other underlying chronic disease. This in many ways is personal. I have been navigating chronic illness in my own family with my children and wife's illnesses, and because of all the hard work we've done in dealing with these issues over the last 13 years, when Covid came to our house, everyone weathered it well. We're launching a course in community aimed at overcoming isolation, supporting one another and providing the educational resources you'll need to apply a functional medicine approach to your own health.
