How would you like to prevent cavities in your kids without fluoride? How would you like to prevent cavities in your kids? Or if they get cavities, treat the cavities with food as a medicine? Does that sound unrealistic to you? Does that sound crazy or bizarre? There actually was a dentist, Weston Price, who wrote this interesting book about nutrition and physical degeneration back in the 40s. It's a big, thick book. I've got probably somewhere behind, behind me on the shelf somewhere. Great read. But one of the things he learned over half a century ago is using high vitamin butter, which is the butter that cals make in the spring. It's rich in A, D, E and K. Actually, he used it as a dentist to help treat cavities. Kind of crazy. Your teeth need trace minerals and rare earth minerals, which you get in bone broth, origami, et cetera like that. These are some basic things that can actually help with bone health and prevent cavities. We adopted all three of our kids. They all came from pretty crazy environments. And of all of our kids, there's only one who's had a cavity, and that's because he was eating sugar and things like that.
