I put together a resource that compiles all my research I've been doing for the last three months on COVID 19. It's called My Survival Guide for COVID 19. This is going to be a compilation of research articles, nutritional information, as well as things to boost your immune system. It'll be available on our website. Everybody who's already signed up for our newsletter will have access to it. So what I want to do real quickly, briefly, is walk through that, what this is and what it contains. So the initial part is going to be a basic history of the COVID 19, how it got here, what happened in Iran, and what's going on in the United States. For those of you who want a little information about it or want to catch up with what's going on, that's there for you. Most of us already kind of know about these things. Most of us have been following very closely. So if you want to skip that section, that's absolutely fine. The next section is actually an immune primer. Talks about your immune system, starting with your respiratory tract, your GI tract, then going to the level of the cells, the different arms of the immune system, the TH1 versus the TH2 versus the innate immune system. And this part, what I try to do is walk through certain nutrients and things you can do to boost certain parts of your immune system, like fevers, for example, boost your innate immune system. So I'll walk through some of these basic innate immune system things. The next section is actually key points. Things that can help you prevent from getting this and if you get it, to boost your immune system. Things from hand washing, social distancing, to masks, to nutrient support. The next section actually talks about the nutrients themselves. There are so many nutrients you can take to actually help boost your immune system. The way I like to think about it is food is medicine. And as you look at the carotenoids, you look at vitamin A, vitamin E, you look at mushroom extracts. Yes, you can take these things to boost your immune system. But ultimately, the best source of these things is food. The very, very last section is my Covid 1919 protocol. It uses the four key nutrients, vitamin D, NAC, zinc, as well as vitamin C. Talks about the dosing and how you can start those to help boost your immune system, to prevent getting this. And when you do get it, because 80% of us are eventually going to get it, to make sure you're a part of the 80% that does not need to go to the hospital. This is a resource that I provide for everybody. It's available on the website. It's our way of giving back. It's our way of helping people cope. And there's a lot of anxiety, a lot of stress, a lot of angst out there. And the more people know about what's going on, the more people know there are things, there are action steps you can do to help protect yourself and to boost your immune system, the more we will be able to get through this together. So hopefully this will be helpful to everybody. And again, please share with family and friends. Share with people. This is meant to be. This is meant to be a resource and one that's helpful.
