What's your fast against look like? What's your glucose, your A1C? Do you have other markers of metabolic syndrome? Doing a gut test can help you with that as well, because all those can play in with the treatment. But if you have something like that, you probably should be working with someone, because just kind of winging on your own and seeing how you feel is, you know, get you five, six years later down the road. You're having to get fibroids removed or whatnot. So you want to really catch something like that early, before you make fibroids that become autonomous or you get in the rush where you want to have children or family, and then because of time constraints, you're going down the IVF route.
