Short monologue by Aaron Hartman, MD (YouTube video titled "Dr", uploaded Aug 29, 2024) offering anecdotal clinical observations that today’s college students show low stress tolerance and high rates of medication use for discomfort; he contrasts perceptions of national happiness, listing Sweden, Finland, Australia, and Canada as highly rated despite not being warm climates.

Today's kids have very poor stress tolerance. And it's almost rare that I get a college student who's not on a medication because they're so uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable and play is just one of those things where this is important. We look at our happiest. Countries like that are rated happiest. Sweden, Finland, Australia, Canada. These are not other than Australia. These are not warm climates. I always think everybody's happier.
