Every doctor, every healthcare professional, and I do mean every healthcare professional, has been seeing these patients left and right all day long, every day, their whole career. They just couldn't previously recognize them for what they are because, number one, they were never taught that such a disease exists. And number two, and this is a big factor too, the heterogeneity of this disease is at such an extreme level, to such an extreme degree, at every level, the mutational level, the mediator production or expression level, the clinical symptom level.
