It takes courage to make changes, especially when the mainstream is not banging that drum. So I was really fortunate to be able to be part of Visions Healthcare, which at the time was 18 practitioners functional medicine practitioners. It was the largest functional medicine practice in the country at the time. And I was just so grateful to be able to be part of that and have a tribe. So I felt saf safe in making the changes because I had the support around learning and had it had other people who were learning with me and we helped each other learn together. So there aren't those opportunities available to everybody. And so I do encourage people to find a functional medicine practice that's willing to train you.
