We all become passionate about subjects that we've either had personal experience with or a family member that's had experience. So that's my belief anyway. So for me it was an obese teenager just struggling to lose weight, struggling to be accepted and it was just trial and error of different things that I tried nutrition wise and what worked for me was something that kind of ignited this passion and then when I went to medical school studying all those biochemical pathways and understanding what was going on in my body when I lost the weight made me even more passionate to really help others understand because I think so many people see the body as complex and while it is complex I also think it's very simple and healing it is also much simpler than we've been told. So that's my passion, that's my goal in life is to really teach people about how their body works and letting them understand that yes this is a process but it's actually a lot simpler than you think it is.
