A short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Dr Carnahan | Embrace Uncertainty: Turning Crisis into Growth." Dr. Carnahan reflects on how crisis—specifically her experience with cancer—forced her to embrace uncertainty, which she credits with profound personal transformation and with increasing her capacity to heal others in ways beyond textbook medicine.

When crisis happens, the biggest thing that we can learn is to embrace the uncertainty it brings and also the lessons that it brings. Because often we look back and we say, oh, that, that was actually really, really good.
