These avocado truffles are super tasty and really easy, and they're a great go to for me to take to a party or to make over the holidays. So I melted my chocolate. Plenty sweet for me. But if you like them sweeter, if the dark chocolate chips are not sweet enough for you, this is the point that you could add in some coconut sugar or some regular sugar or some honey and maple syrup. All right, so now we have our mixture that's firmed up in the fridge. Now, don't do what I do and leave it in too long. You really only want to leave it in for about 20 minutes because it will get a little firm, a little harder to work with. But you can. Even if you forget about it, you can still go back in there. You just have to work with it a little bit more. And then you can roll it in some cocoa powder or cacao powder. These are fun to take to a gathering or party, and they're always a big hit around here. I love that they're really tasty and people enjoy them, and they're a great way to get all the benefits of the chocolate and the avocado with not a ton of sugar. So enjoy and happy holiday.
