The next health hack for stress is just getting outdoors. Being outdoors by itself is very calming. Walking in the grass, barefoot, thing called grounding. In Japan, there's a thing called forestry bathing. The idea is being outside nature by itself has a very calming effect. Maybe getting, you know, five or 10 minutes in the morning, five or 10 minutes in the afternoon, a break in the daytime, if you could combine that with breathwork, even more powerful. But being in nature, being outside, we're made to be outdoor creatures, we're not made to be creatures of the indoors. And one of the issues with a lot of our stress and anxiety is actually fake lights and fake environments. And getting outdoors just kind of helps us get more in tune with nature and has a very, very calming impact. It's really interesting as well if you're outdoors. A lot of the natural scents and smells are actually a type of aromatherapy or plant based chemicals that are actually released in the air. Especially pine, if you're on pine trees, which is one of the reasons why people like the smell of pine. But again, something super powerful to help calm your nerves and calm me down.
