And the sad part of that story is that I was away on Locum's work and I had to Zoom or FaceTime my wife and tell her that our daughter had celiac. And she cried and we cried together and she was confused. And within a day, she had literally cleaned everything out of our kitchen, Everything out of the pantry, everything out of the refrigerator that had gluten in it, threw it out, and had literally gone to the supermarket and replaced everything that was there with gluten free options. Like, owned it immediately and was like, if our daughter can't eat it, none of us are going to eat it.
