What are the best diets out there? What do they do and why? Are some diets good, other diets not so good? Let's dive into some of those diets. One of my favorite just general overall diets is just a good old fashioned paleo type diet. I used to refer to Whole30 a lot, but they've actually started using seed oils in some of the recipes. So I don't necessarily use that as much anymore. We've actually created on our website, which will probably be linked here somewhere below the Connected Cleanse, which is our own version of a Paleo diet. But a Paleo diet just basically is real food, naturally sourced plant forward, you remove a lot of starches, grains, inflammatory foods, use healthy fats. And the nice thing about Paleo is a lot of great books and resources. We actually have, I think on our book list some of Daniel Walker's books, some great cookbooks. But the Paleo diet, if you're looking just for a general all around anti inflammatory diet, general use, you want to help reset your gut a little bit. Again we have our Connected Cleanse, but that's a really good way just to start working on healing your body with a general diet that's not super hard to do that you can actually go out and eat and have access to just for general health and well being. We'll talk about some other diets in the next couple of these videos.
