Okay, this is the last time. This is the last article I'm going to bring up for microplastics. But anyway, come from the nih. Look at this article. It's really interesting. Point is, over 50% of people with clots in their carotid actually plastics microplastics inside their cells. But it's really interesting. Macrophages, which are small eaters, they actually go through our body and clean up debris. They will consume these things and then migrate through our body and drop them off in other places, which is kind of concerning. The other thing that was interesting is that within these plaques or atheromas in people's carotids, which are associated with strokes and neurovascular or brain vascular disease, they also found polyvinyl chloride, which PVC as well as chloride, which a part of chloride residue. So what that means is even the molecular structure of plastics are kind of breaking down, leaving these semi solid micro nanoparticles that then are getting in our systems. Again, a big, big deal if over half of all clots in your carotid have these things in there being associated with cardiovascular disease and whatnot. So then the question becomes, how do we minimize exposure? Okay, we've got the proof of concept. You've reviewed these, you've seen the images. That's what I'd like to talk about next. How you can minimize your exposure to this thing that's pretty much ubiquitous and everywhere.
