A short conversational YouTube video (Aaron Hartman, MD hosting) in which the speakers discuss three broad, high-level recommendations to improve personal health and lifestyle. The clip frames the question as asking for three overarching, global actions rather than specific supplements or minor tips.
From your personal experience, if you were to say three things, like what three things would you recommend people do do? Essentially it's not doesn't be specific, take a probiotic. You know, I'm thinking bigger picture than that. So more global.
Okay, three things. Let me try to summarize it. So much stuff.

Approach and this is maybe all encompassing, but we'll call this number one would be the addition by subtraction. And I talk to patients about this all the time. And it's really try to identify those things in your life that you think are creating problems biochemically, physiologically. So try to identify where there might be some inherent weaknesses in your lifestyle pillars.
