So I joined. I actually blessed. They found several really awesome groups that I joined, learned all this amazing stuff. So last summer, I spent a couple days with Josh and Peter, learning again, amazing stuff. But it was sort of like, okay, now. Now I just need to carve out all this stuff and create all these tools and give them to my team and put all the speed, you know, the barriers and guardrails in so that they can use them without breaking them, because they don't know. And I finally was like, do I, like, qualify for this? Can I Can, like, can you get in there? And so now my team is learning all of this stuff, which is an absolute game changer and amazing. I actually was traveling. My team started the first week of the program, and I, like, come back, and they've created, like, all of these tools in coda, and they're, like, changing all the way that we do our operations and our SOPs. And I was like, oh, my goodness, that's just been incredible.
