I really like reading articles like this that come out in magazines talking about nutrients like vitamin D. Just think about a couple years ago, about 2000, 2020, 2021, when vitamin D was controversial. We said vitamin D might not help your health. Remember that in the news when it was controversial, nutrient could help boost your immune system. And now we have more information saying actually vitamin D affects the bacteria in your gut, your microbiome. One of the things we learned in 2020, 2021 during the pandemic was actually the microbiome was super critical for balancing your immune system if you wanted not to react overly to infections like the one during the pandemic. So another example of vitamin D, its role in your immune system and your microbiome, if your D level is low, it's going to affect your gut, it's going to affect the bacteria in your body. A whole bunch of things. The question is, why does it take so long for science to catch up? This was written by Ph.D. reviewing the research things we knew. I started checking vitamin D on patients back in 2003, 2004, based on the literature. And finally, finally, finally, it's coming out of public consciousness. Stay tuned for more news breaking things.
