Many people are starting their healing journey in the wrong way. They're going to cold plunges, sauna peptides, stem cells, all this really cool bio racking stuff and not doing the basics, the foundations. This is called a therapeutic hierarchy or a therapeutic triangle. So what do I mean? You got to start with the foundations. You don't build your house on sand because guess what, Winds come, storms come, the house will sink. What you do is you want to build your house on the basics and perfect them. This is what professional athletes do. Most of them don't do the cool fancy stuff, they perfect the basics. Unfortunately, today the cool fancy stuff is all you hear. And that's one of the reasons why probably you're not getting better because you haven't done the basics. So what are the basics? Real food, adequate sleep, hydration, meaning and purpose and value. Then adding to that exercise, movement, outside exposures, Then adding to that herbs, nutrients, fixing nutrient deficiencies. Unfortunately we turn the triangle upside down. We're starting at the top instead of the bottom. The result, many, many people are doing cool fancy stuff without results. If you want to learn the basics and the foundations, we have so much stuff on our website. In my book Incurable from Hopeless Diagnosis to Final Odds, my daughter and how we focus on the basics to help her brain self heal and self repair. So that was perfecting the basics and you can do it too and I'd love to help you do it.
