All right, y', all, it's World Mental Health Day, and just want to talk a little bit about mental health. Mental health is changing a lot since the pandemic. We've been seeing lots more anxiety, depression, a whole lot of unrest and other things. But we're also learning how mental health is driven by inflammation, gut issues, and nutrient deficiencies. 75% of all neurotransmitters are made in your GI tract. Neurotransmitters are the things in your brain that actually make your brain what it is. 50% of dopamine, which is your drive neurotransmitter, is made in your gut, and up to 90% of serotonin is made there as well. So all of a sudden, mental health is a gut issue. Yes, there's environment, yes, there's stress, but there's ways you can deal with it. A lot of new research is also showing that inflammation in the brain is a big driver. Again, food, gut, environment can be causing all these things. On top of that, the world's crazy, and a lot of stuff is going on. So how do you work on your mental health? And we'll be talking about that throughout this time of this World Mental Health Day, so stay tuned.
