सिर मेन्यू बनाना है तो शेफ कंसल्टेंट सी बनवाये या फिर हम खुद सीख के बनाये वेरी गुड क्वेशन देखो, आई रेस्पेक्ट शेफ कंसल्टेंट क्योंकी उनकी एक्सपर्टीज होती है, स्किल्स होती है और वो आपका मेन्यू बना भी देंगे और शायद कुछ सेल्स लाभ भी दे। लेकिन आज से 3 महीने बाद, 6 महीने बाद, 1 साल बाद, 2 साल बाद बिजनेस आपका है न चलाना आपको पड़ेगा और फिर सेल्स नहीं आई तो कौन जिम्मेदारी लेगा। इसलिए मैं बिलीव करता हूँ सीख के करो आपके पास स्किल होगी न तो आप 1 नहीं, 2 नहीं आगे 10 और ब्रांड का बनाओगे नहीं तो डिपेंडेंट रहोगे हमेशा उसे 1 इंसान की जरूरत पड़ेगी। मैं सिखाता हूँ इस तरीके से की मेरी भी जरुरत आपको न हो। मैं नहीं चाहता कि आपका बिजनेस कोई और कंट्रोल करे आप खुद को।
