So in today's episode, I just want to express my Gratitude and thankfulness to all of you. This can be a short episode. And yes, you've heard many times people say, hey, thank you for your time and thank you for your attention. And I've certainly said that on this podcast, but we really do mean it. You've helped make 2022 the best year ever for the Club Capital Leadership Podcast, and it's going to help us to be able to get the word out to more people and hopefully be able to serve them and their teams. If you go back and listen to the 3-year episode when we kind of did the recap of the podcast, you heard me say, hey, look, we just did this because I thought it was going to be a cool project, and now it's turned into, you know, a lot more. And so it's because of all you that listen to us every single week and almost every episode and share that with your friends. And so I just want to express my gratitude to all of you for the opportunity to get to serve you. In your teams, and we take it very seriously that we put out really good content for all of you. I was actually messaging with someone. I don't know if many of you have heard of the great newsletter which is called Morning Brew. If you've not subscribed to that free newsletter, email newsletter, I highly recommend it. It was created by a couple guys, one of them being Alex Lieberman and somebody else, and I follow them on Twitter. And then there's another newsletter that actually sold to HubSpot and it's called The Hustle, another fantastic newsletter. And so I was actually messaging with the founder of that company and he— I don't think he's a part of The Hustle anymore. And he does a great podcast called My First Million. So if you've not listened to that podcast, that is a fantastic podcast to listen to. I just came across it within the last few months and, you know, they they kind of go back and forth on a lot of different topics. And, and, uh, but anyway, those guys are awesome. And so one of the things that he had shared, I, I messaged him and said, how do you get, uh, well, I think when they sold they had 92,000 subscribers on their email list or something like that. And I don't know what The Hustle was sold for, but I know that Morning Brew was sold, I think, for around $70 million. Anyway, so The Hustle was sold for quite a bit. And I said, how do you get 92,000 subscribers? And he said, you I don't know what it is. Be really good. Just be really freaking good. And when you do that, people share. My hope is that this podcast gets to that point at some point, that I get better as a podcast host, that I can bring better content to all of you. I was just sharing with the team the other day that I did a solo podcast that I did not feel like was my best work. And admittedly, probably should have gone back and rerecorded that episode for all of you. And so, as we go into next year, we want to do everything we can to produce fantastic episodes for all of you and that make the best use of your time. The majority of our Monday episodes are in that 30-minute range, 30 to 40-minute range. We think that that seems to be the right amount of time. You know, if you're listening to us when you're working out, or one of the solo episodes being somewhere between 8 and 12 minutes long. Want to be able to kind of get straight to the point, serve all of you, and help you along your journey. Business is really hard, and the more places that you're able to take in content, I mean, not just this podcast but other places, I think the better. And so when I think about it, I think about, can we produce a fantastic product that you are willing to be able to share with one other person. And, you know, we obviously built on that in 2022 and we want to do more of that in 2023. And so I ask a lot of people for feedback. And so if you've got my— if you reach out to me on social media or send me an email, bradley@club.capital, love your feedback. How can we get better? How can we get better in our intros? How can we get better in our guest selection? If you have recommendations, I've had several of you send books or authors to be able to get people on, continue to do that. Because if it's somebody that you would love to have on for us to talk about, if it's a repeat guest, if there's something about the way we do things that you think that, that could be better, I'm all ears. I think one thing about, you know, trying to improve is you got to be willing to, to take feedback. And sometimes that feedback is not always the easiest to take, but that's a lot of times how you get better. So that's, that's our plans for 2023. And so, uh, you also helped make 2022, uh, the best year ever for Club Capital. If you go back and listen to the episode we did with Micah and David, they talk about the, the growth that Club Capital has had. And on behalf of the entire team at Club Capital, thank you, uh, for making this year the best ever. I know I speak for Micah and David and the entire leadership team over there. They are so grateful. To be able to serve all of you and your insurance agencies. And look forward to as they continue to innovate and find additional ways to serve all of you. I know they're going to continue to do that. So, all right, everyone, until next episode, and then I guess until next year, lead well.
