I think, I think what you just identified is fairly typical. I mean, especially again for solopreneurs and small employers, they're used to doing everything themselves and they grew up in an environment where they would hire somebody full-time because that was the only option. Hire somebody local that would be in the office with them, didn't really have process written down, didn't necessarily have a lot of technology tools. And, you know, so just, it was, it was really a kind of a DIY operation. And I think a lot of people resisted hiring somebody because they didn't want to be an employer, but that was kind of the only option. And so that forced people more and more into the DIY mode. And as technology evolved, there were more things people could do DIY. And so where, what I think is so brilliant about today's environment is that through virtual work and technology, people, people can work virtually and fractionally, and businesses can benefit from that because the level of skill that you can get, depth, breadth, in scalability, flexibility is astounding with freelance talent.
