Ron, what does working above the business mean to you? I mean, I, when I hear that, I envision I can't be in it, so I need to be out of the office and I need to be above it. So I always call it the 60,000-foot view where I'm not, I'm not down so granular, but I'm looking at the bigger, the bigger moving pieces. So the example I would use is I'm not, I'm not writing out a third quarter employee review. That's in it. But I'm above looking at my staff. It's in its entirety going, are these the right people? What does next year maybe look like? Do I need to add? Do I need more customer service people? It's bigger. It's moving, it's moving bigger pieces.
