He urges viewers not to overlook these potential assets and invites them to subscribe for future updates.

Update on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle that just sold at Phil Weiss's auction. So it went for $5,500 including the premium. Why does that matter for you? My clients are people who are downsizing. When I do a walkthrough with a client and I'm trying to figure out what items have value in their house before they downsize, I first check the living room and the dining room. And unfortunately, the antiques like the glassware and the dishes are not really valuable anymore. The big change is as I walk upstairs and I get to the kids' rooms, the ones that haven't been occupied in over 30 years, I find some vintage toys that could actually be worth some money. So it's the beginning of a trend. We'll see what happens, but it's similar to what happened with the mid-century modern furniture where the 1850s furniture is gone and nobody wants it, but the 1950s and '60s mid-century modern furniture exploded. We'll see what happens, but as of now, things seem to be changing. So don't sleep on your kids' items or your grandkids' items. They could be actually worth some money.
