In this monologue, the speaker reflects on a recent conversation with a friend named Jonathan and vents frustration toward a prevalent type of person in the cryptocurrency space: those who loudly claim expertise yet have never realized any profit. He recounts his own experience of buying Ethereum at $3, achieving a 127‑fold increase, but never cashing out, leaving him broke and dependent on his partner for financial support. The speaker argues that possessing theoretical knowledge or analytical skills (AI, autonomous agents, P&L metrics) is meaningless without actual cash results. He condemns prideful posturing, self‑deception, and the projection of false narratives onto others, urging listeners to confront the truth, drop the ego, and become open to learning from those who have “fruit” – i.e., real, realized gains. The core message is that humility and truthfulness are prerequisites for financial independence in crypto, and that only by acknowledging one’s lack of real profit can one begin to receive genuine guidance and improve one’s situation.

So I just got off a call with Jonathan and we were talking about somebody specifically, and it just bothers me that there's a lot of people in crypto that fall into this category. And this category right here lost me the most money in my entire life. It's the people that don't bear any fruit, they don't make any money at all, but somehow they know everything and they speak like they know everything. This is my first cycle. I bought Ethereum at $3, made a whole bunch of money. Obviously Ethereum is like, what, like $2,000, $3,000 at this point? I made 127x, but I knew nothing, bore no fruit, and I was completely broke. Pulled no money out of the market, paid no bills. My girlfriend, which is now my wife sitting there in the corner, provided for me the entire time. Or somehow I was super smart, I was a smart guy, I didn't need to listen to nobody. Somehow I knew the answer, somehow I knew the mathematics and how to make the money. But for some reason, the money did not hit my account. I did not have cash to pay the bills, and nobody was helped through my lack of finances. I do not like people that know a lot that are prideful, can't receive, can't listen, but somehow they have all the answers. If you had all the answers, analytical guys that understand autonomous agents, that understand AI, that understand profit and loss and all these metrics, why the heck are you still in a job, not financially independent, and still broke? You don't got answers, you got problems. Yeah. You don't got solutions, you got an empty bank account piped down. The real fruit comes from people that actually have cash. And this is not a mean thing. This is actually humility. It's adherence to truth. Is I'm very tired of people acting like something that they're not and being certain ways that are not really reality. What it is, you know, here's a real problem is they're projecting the lies that they tell themselves onto other people. It's the same lie they tell themselves. It's the same reason why they can't get results in the area. They start projecting that onto other people because they lie so well to themselves. So what I want to do is put you in front of the mirror and ask you to adhere to the truth. If you've never made money in crypto, stop acting like you know crypto. If you have that story that where the money went up and it went to $200K but I never sold anything and lost all my money, you never made money. Stop talking about these war stories about how you were in crypto in 2015 because your friend told you and looking really cool in front of the other people, but you never bought Bitcoin. You never bought it early. You never sold the top. And this is real. What this does is it opens you up to receive and learn. Once you can drop the pride, then you can actually receive from somebody that actually is bearing fruit, and then your situation will actually change. But if you stay in that mental thought process, nobody can help you, not even yourself.
