In this excerpt, Alexander Lorenzo argues that economic elites perpetuate wealth inequality by engineering and selling crypto products. He explains that the ultra‑wealthy double their fortunes by extracting tiny losses from millions of people, using crypto as a massive, decentralized crowdfunding mechanism. Lorenzo claims that the elite first construct the underlying infrastructure—such as tokenized stocks and liquidity‑provision platforms—analogous to building highways before a town is populated. Once the “roads” are in place, they launch marketing campaigns, pump the crypto market, and sell the products to late‑entering retail investors who end up buying at inflated prices, thereby feeding the elite’s profits. The tone is conversational and persuasive, with a critical, skeptical stance toward the motives of the crypto‑building elite.

The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. How does that happen? If you have $1 billion, how do you double $1 billion? You need more people. You need more people to get— if you have 1 million people losing, what is it, $100 or $1,000, you got your billion. So the biggest elite people, they're trying to siphon the wealth from the general public in general, always. Crypto is a product. They're going to sell crypto. Why? Because it offers a better percentage, people use it, it's the greatest crowdfunding source in the world that has ever existed. A decentralized where anyone can provide LP sounds like a great thing, doesn't it? Mm-hmm. It is. Just because it's a great thing doesn't mean it's inherently evil. It's a great thing, and it also happens to be the way that the elite make money. It's a great product. Who made it? The elite. Do you think that these guys in a basement created these crypto sophisticated products? Heck, it started like that and then they took over. That's how everything happens. Innovation gets birthed and then the guy with a lot of money and the resources that understand the world the real way, they take over, take over the perception and just dominate it. That's what's happening right now. That's why I keep telling y'all that they're gonna pump the crypto market if you're watching this on the internet because they have a product to sell. The guys have a product to sell. If they didn't sell this, they would just be sitting on their hands with a whole bunch of money and nothing to do with it. They bought and built infrastructure for crypto. It's like highways. You know how you know a town's about to be built? They start building roads to it. Look at the tokenized stocks. They're building the roads. They're building the infrastructure. They're trying to build the plumbing to the crypto. And so at a certain point, they're going to be like, okay, we're ready. Our hands are already in it. We got it on lockdown, like, all right, like we're about to make money. And then they just start running the campaigns. They just start running it. They start just dropping, like trying to sell their product. They start selling their product and then boom, all the people that don't know, that got in late, they come and they feed the elite again.
