In this monologue, Alexander Lorenzo argues that the market is finally entering a genuine altcoin season after a prolonged wait. He explains that altcoin momentum typically begins with a slow influx of liquidity as cautious investors test the bottom, leading to a gradual rise in confidence. Lorenzo recommends a two‑stage investment approach: first allocate capital to higher‑liquidity altcoins, then rotate profits into higher‑risk, lower‑liquidity assets as momentum builds. He distinguishes between sophisticated, diligence‑driven investors who focus on complex, high‑quality narratives and the later‑stage crowd drawn to meme‑driven, low‑brain narratives. While short‑term price swings are often fueled by community hype and low liquidity, he suggests that longer‑term opportunities require deeper analysis and patience. The overall tone is conversational yet analytical, with a cautiously optimistic outlook for those who follow the proposed strategy.

This also proves that we didn't have an altcoin season. This is our altcoin season here. We were waiting for it. Didn't happen. That's our altcoin season. That's not really an altcoin season. But you could tell that there's kind of like a momentum to the altcoins, right? So like there's like a slow start where the liquidity trickles in and people typically play it safe because they don't know it's the bottom. They're skeptical about it being the bottom. They're not really in euphoria. It's like an emotional swing. So really right around here, what I've noticed is the higher liquidity coins will likely benefit. So a good strategy you guys can use, and this is probably what I'm going to be doing, is I'm investing in higher liquidity coins and then I start capital rotating them into higher risk as momentum kicks back into the market. If we are in like a bull run like this, it's very obvious that the altcoins here are way more lucrative than the altcoins here. It's just significantly easier for the coin to do well because of all of the kickback momentum from everything that was built over here. Does that make sense? So you could actually, you can really eat off of that. You can eat off of that. What you could do is, again, like understand, we used to call it big brain narratives. There's narratives that are like actually a little bit harder to comprehend. The types of people that are investing in the beginning of the market are different from the type of people that are investing at the end of the market. So you're going to have more of a sophisticated type of investor, someone that really understands or have done diligence, some type of diligence, right? that are not gonna be really convinced with like a meme coin or some type of, we call it low brain narratives, like narratives that are like super memey, right? And again, this is general for longer term stuff. It's not for quick stuff. If you guys notice how the short term swings work, they're really community hype driven. They work in any market condition because it's within the community and it's so low liquidity. You're gonna have more diligence here and you're gonna have less diligence over here.
