Hey everybody, it's a great day to make sure you are doing your virtual situation room. Everyone's working from home these days. You have to pull your top team together to make sure everybody's on the same page. So have a daily check-in meeting and, um, ask them all to turn their videos on. You can do it like this. You can do just a check-in. How's everyone doing? It's a very emotional time, a difficult time. Have everybody chime in on a situation update. What information are the people hearing that you should pull? It's a fast-moving situation and you want to make sure that everybody gets all their, you know, kind of data in so you can have a full picture of what's going on. Have everybody review their plan. The plan may not change every day, but it might change every day. So feel free just to do a quick, a quick review of all the plans and how you're doing. Don't solve anything there, just review it all. And then, and is there anything else to discuss? Discuss it here. And then close with some sort of inspirational quote or a little routine you can all do. Let's see everybody try to do a virtual all hands in the middle or something like that. You've gotta create team connectedness during this time. Then leave 30 minutes free so that people can talk to each other as they need to, and 30 minutes after that, have all your leaders cascade the information to their teams. That way everybody will know what's going on Even though everyone's virtual, they'll know what's going on, and that helps build trust in you as a leader. So try it and let me know how it goes.
