My name is Brian Lamb. I'm the founder and CEO of The Wirecutter, which was just bought by The New York Times. Alisa Cohn is a great coach because she always has her mind and heart in the right place. And what I mean by that is you pick up the phone and she is just on. She just gets you into the right mindset without really even saying anything about getting into the right mindset. She's positive, but at the same time, it's not just about positivity. There's so much in the way that she operates that sets an example, not just telling you how to be a good leader and CEO, But in a way, she's like my leader because when I say something, she asks, she listens. She's— in a lot of ways, what she's done has been— is impactful. She's leading by example. It's been great. She's got the research, she's got the experience having been in the industry herself. And this is something you can just tell is not a job for her, it's a calling. And she's just very, very effective at getting someone who is running something to run it better. That's it. I just think the results speak for themselves.
